The back door to mudroom only had the 3 steps made out of 2 x 12's

We covered them with some composite decking put in some handrails and

added a ground level mini deck. We're hoping this icing on the cake will help sell it.

This is the master bedroom bay window. This area was in very bad shape. There was even plant life growing in between the middle window and a storm window on the outside. We replaced all of the windows in this bay.

This window looks out on to the front porch.

The window frame is original but the large piece of glass is new.
